Jiangsu Xiangsheng Heavy Industries Co., Ltd is a new independent enterprise which is set up by Rugao Haiyang Marine Equipment Foundry,the largest export base for anchor, with 130 million yuan investment.

Our company covers an area of 60,000 square meters, plant area of 45,000 square meters. The company has 480 staff including 66 engineers and technicians. The company has strong ability to design, manufacture, test and sale anchors and marine products including marine container fasteners, precision castings, chocks, wheel chocks, chain cable stoppers, smit brackets and mooring piles. We also produce wind power generation machinery castings, marine engineering machinery castings, engineering machinery castings ports, large construction machinery castings, and steel pieces. Our company have processing, self-and agent all kinds of goods and technology's ability to import and export business. Marine anchors have more than 20 series about 1000 kinds of specifications. The company also can design a new anchor according to clients’ needs and the improved Delta, designed by us, already have been widely used by clients.

The company has one 20-ton electric arc furnace, four 200 tons of horizontal tensile testing machine, 315 tons of two horizontal tensile testing machine, 1200 tons a plate bending machine, ten 50 tons lane, eighteen 32 tons lane, two 4.5m × 5.5m × 9.5m electric heat treatment furnace and one 5 m × 6m× 13m electric heat treatment furnace. Company has well testing equipment such as one world's most advanced optical spectrum analyzer, two universal material testers, two impact testing machine, two impact test cryostat, two gap manual broaching machine for impact test samples, two projector, four magnetic defect detector and several ultrasonic fault detector and some other advanced testing equipments.

The Company adopts the most advanced production line in the world, thus the largest anchor which we produce can be up to 50 tons, and the annual production capacity of our company can be up to 36,000 tons.

We have already got the approval from such Classification Society as CCS 、ABS、NK、LR、GL、BV、KR、DNV、RINA、RS. We also passed ISO9000 system.
