Our Comment for Motor Belt Driven of Oil Separator :

Concerning the "belt driven" and "gear driven". we are adopting the "gear driven" in our oil purifier because the "gear driven" is superior to the "belt driven" at the view point of reliability and maintaenance as follows;

1. Durability & Maintenance:

In case of "belt", its durable term is max 1year. Furthermore you have to check or adjust its stretch level every 3 or 6 months. In case of "gear", its durable term is over 5 years normally. You have nothing to maintenance it except exchange of  gear oil purifier according to our maintenance manual. It means that you can save maintenance job

2. Load for bearing of vertical shaft:

In case of "belt driven", the strength of stretch from "belt" is always loading to the lower bearing of vertical shaft especially. It has a possibility to damage bearing earlier and vertical shaft finally.

3. Damage for sealing parts:

In case of "belt driven" , It is necessary to seal between belt and oil case of bearing by sealing part. It has a possibility to leak oil from the sealing parts.

4. Durability for Motor Bearing:

In case of "belt driven", its motor is 2P type. As its RPM is double as fast as 4P type motor, the load is big to motor bearing.

5. Torque Fluctuation at Sludge Discharge:

At discharging sludge, sudden torque fluctuation will occurs to shaft. In case of "belt driven", belt will be slipped by sudden torque fluctuation. It has a possibulity to be worn earlier.
