Cygnus 3 - Datalogger (Multiple Echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge)

The Cygnus 3 Data Logger is flexible and easy to use with simple menu operation. Three data logging modes provide simple solutions to recording various geometries such as tanks, cylinders, pipes and plant. The gauge interfaces with a PC using our Data Logger Manager software which is Windows compatible and has internal data storage on a SD Card for security. The Cygnus 3 Data Logger is designed to accommodate the need for a simple yet versatile method of logging thickness measurements through protective coatings.

Cygnus 4 - General Purpose (Multiple Echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge)

A compact general purpose Ultrasonic Thickness gauge gives accurate, error-checked, through-coating measurements using our Multiple Echo technology. Highly versatile for use in most hand-held industrial or shipping applications. The LCD display is easily read outdoors and perfect for use in all light conditions, with automatic white back light control. Menu-driven operation and "Deep-Coat" mode allow easy thickness gauging through coatings up to 20 mm. Cygnus 4, supplied in an IP65 & IP67 rated/sealed aluminium enclosure, protective silicon sleeve and optional belt/harness clip is extremely light, tough and simple to use.

Cygnus ROV MOUNTABLE (Multiple Echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge)

Cygnus Instruments offers two dedicated ROV mountable thickness gauges. These units have been designed to be mounted onto most types of work class ROV with a manipulator facility.  The shallow water version is pressure tested to 1000 m and the deep water version is pressure tested to 3000m. Dedicated software displays the time, date and thickness readings on the surface and all of these can be stored or logged.
